When do we reckon Chelsea will get their customary penalty if it stays 1-1?

Once again it must be said, how the fuck did we draw twice against this Chelsea side ? Ok Stamford Bridge is a tough place and both Arsenal and Liverpool couldn't win there but doing it again at home was ridiculous, almost as bad the Palace draw.
