I don’t think they can keep pace with them, but we might as well root against the team that threatens us the most.

I would say Both of these teams are as threatening to us as each other.

Liverpool are the only side in the country that can beat us to the title at our best. I’d prefer to see them completely dead and buried as soon as possible. Deal with Arsenal if and when they become a threat.

You simply can’t compare 2016 and now.

Guardiola is the greatest league manager in history, the standards required to win the league against Pep are 10-15% above what’s needed against anyone one else.

IMO Arsenal’s best case scenario is they finish 2nd and this is the season where they realise how hard it is to keep up with us and learn enough to do it for 38 games next year.

Of course you can compare it, I just like the way people on here always have opinions on how other teams seasons will pan out, I'm not saying Arsenal will win the league, and I am also not ruling out that they may do so, as I said earlier who knows what will happen at the world Cup? Key players possibly injured for teams, how certain teams can recover from no league games for a while, it will be a very strange season
