I think VAR was showing pictures taken from the moon, it took them that long for the ref to submit to the direction. Must’ve told him he’d be ref’ing in the Championship if he didn’t overturn ;-)

I do get peoples’ frustrations with it. The subjective element will always be there.

How Nunez wasn’t penalised in midweek is a mystery to me, but it’s at the discretion of the VAR official, who is human and therefore flawed.
