Premier League (Midweek) Games 16/17 March '22

I expect Liverpool to win quite easily, Arsenal have this propensity to implode when the going gets tough, expect Gabriel or Chaka Khan to get sent off early doors for some ridiculous challenge/mistake. People seem to forget that Liverpool waltzed past them a few weeks ago in the Carabao Cup SF, not even playing their full strength side, beating them 2-0 at the Emirates with the minimum of fuss.
How many wins/results have the Arse had in the last couple of seasons over Liverpool, City, Chelsea?...very few.
It's the hope that can kill you.
 
If (and it is a big if) Arsenal can play with the same intensity and energy like they did against City in the first 45 mins of the recent League game at the Emirates then they have a chance. But I am not optimistic

It’s been us who’ve got the rub of the green more this season from the officials.

It’s Arsenal I worry about more than the officials. I reckon they hate City more than they crave a ten point lead over United and feel they could probably afford to lose one and I reckon that one could be this one.

and if my conspiracy shit isn’t right, they’re just like Spurs anyway. Spursy must be contagious because Arsenal are nearly as Spursy as Spurs.

We all know that won't happen. It's amazing how many teams this season (spurs, Everton) have the game of their lives against us then fold against piss poor opposition the week after.

They don't play the same against Liverpool as they do against us. Quite the opposite actually. It's fucking annoying!
