If the Fulham player had his hand up in the air in an unnatural position it would have hit his side and goal allowed.As the laws/rules stand at present, but it doesn’t seem sensible so the laws/rules should be adjusted to take into account these incidents.
That happens on Sunday in our game it’ll be given if it’s for the rags ..

Possibly not. Would depend if they classed it as the same phase of play. Its got so many flaws to the law, the biggest one being if it was the other way round and the attacker hit the defenders hands it would not be a pen.Genuine question.
