It's absolute madness how Chelsea have spanked half a billion and end up worse. Massively overpaid on bang average players.

Their transfer policy seems to be based on who has good PR and has a good rating on FIFA rather than buying players who are actually any good. Palmer is perhaps an exception but he's 21 and very green, young players always lack consistency.
