Why would we have a buyback which costs us a few extra million now if he wasn't interested in coming back here? It wasn't a loan because there's new loan restrictions and Southampton wanted more out of it than a loan.

I genuinely believe we will be using that buy back clause for him to come and be a part of our squad and not just to flip for money, probably in 2 seasons time.
