Premier League officially investigating City...

Small time wankers the lot of them. Built up their cartel to milk the cash cow that is prem and Cl and are now shitting it because the Shiekh is raiding their arses every week. FA, PL, UEFA, FIFA are full of braindead bellends who wouldn't get a job to flip fries if they tried. Only reason these ****s are in such powerful positions is because of nepotism, corruption and opportunism. And they're not ready to let go. Why would they? They've got window lickers dancing around their boots since the beginning of time and their children will have that too. Can you imagine what that kind of power and money does to people? Couldn't give a fuck what happens. My only expectation is when all of this blows over, the club drags these bellends over coals for all the shit that we've shoved down our throats for 100 years.

Is that the bellend that only this week has been calling us "a Frankenstein of a club"?
Clueless twat doesn't know what he's talking about, as Frankenstein wasn't the monster, it was the scientist that created it, so he's effectively calling us a "scientific experment", very apt the way Pep has us playing.

It was a novel anyway, so not real(ly here).

Since the novel's publication, the name "Frankenstein" has often been used to refer to the monster itself. This usage is considered erroneous, but some commentators regard it as well-established and acceptable. In the novel, the monster is identified by words such as "creature", "monster", "daemon", "wretch", "abortion", "fiend" and "it".

The forum was plagued by a strange group of anti agendaist, who caused loads of arguments and lots of friction.
Thankfully they appear to have disappeared and the forum is all the better for it.

It depends who you are talking about really. I think there will be a lot that are rubbing their hands with glee at the latest developments, but at the same time I don’t think any of it could be argued as not newsworthy either.

There’s false narratives all over the place. The problem I have is that we’ve potentially been guilty of that too. The past few years, the story as well as the on field performance has been our journey off it too, both in terms of the journey to sustainability but also the innovation that has happened through things like the CFG. I’ve always thought the board never got enough credit for either of those, and given they’ve tried a few times to publicise it to varying effect, I’m pretty sure they think the same too. The problem with the latest allegations is if there is some shifting of funds going on, then it does question that narrative that our own board have been trying to set too, and that doesn’t sit comfortably with me either.

This might sound a bit paranoid but does anyone else think it's a bit weird how this comes out just as we go top?
Also, why are they asking Pep about it in press conferences when a statement has already been made? What are they expecting? Pep to rattle off all of city's financial business off the top of his head / or to say it's a disgrace and he's embarrassed to be associated with the club? Im constantly baffled how these journalists get paid for doing what they do
