Thanks for that clarification.Democrats control the House and are overwhelming favorites to keep it. There won't be any impeachment process. And even if there was (which there won't be) Biden getting removed would require a two-thirds vote in the Senate, nowhere close to what Republicans would have even in a Trump win. Zero percent chance.
I thought the senate could bring charges if they needed to?

The house is controlled by Democrats. I'm sure damning evidence wouldn't persuade them that Biden ought to be investigated talk less impeached.I'll be objective in this situation.
If Biden gets in, there will be an impeachment process thrown at him. At this point if the GOP still hold the majority, he'll be fighting for that presidency straight off.
Should Harris take over, her inexperience will show through almost as much as #45's against a GOP led senate.

I wouldn’t know either way but from the little I do know in the run up to the election, I found the scenario you were presenting very surprising.
You did come across as if this was something you knew about however, rather than a shot in the dark.
