I'm actually glad he's withdrawing troops, well, the majority of them as Trump wanted to do.

Good for families to get their people back from an unnecessary occupation. Does that make him less of a war hawk?

Well, that depends on whether you see the US bombing Iraq and Syria in the last few weeks as just normal acceptable stuff.
