Obviously it would be less awful than Trump with his verbal diarrhoea every fucking day, but I'm not convinced the Democrats would have given Israel any push back, they own them aswell. And Kamala rapturously applauded Trump when he spoke about Israel at his inauguration. She had a face like thunder for the rest of it. Your entire political class is bought and owned with a few exceptions.

Home policy would have been different, no way the ICE shitshow happens under Kamala, but Israel have their claws in deep. Biden did fuckall to help Gaza.

The problem is that the poster in question doesn't believe that this is obvious which is why he won't -- and can't -- say that he'd have voted for Harris, and therefore bears responsibility for this debacle.

I am not interested in what "might have been" or what hypothetical is "not obvious" and nor should you be. I am interested in what IS, and what IS obvious, and predicting Trump would be worse than effectively any possible candidate is like saying the sky is fucking blue.

Yet the poster in question won't because he's stuck in a hole of his own digging.

Again, this is not complicated. "What ifs" are the lowest form of political discourse after an election.

They should be indeed -- but the ability to single-source media like Fox or NewMax and self-select unedited media via traditional social media has put an end to that capability IMO, or made it far, far harder. To be fair some of those not entirely over the event horizon have pulled themselves back after witnessing ICE and/or Iran. What heroes. I suppose we should be grateful, but it's too late.

A candidate that supports Israel vs a candidate that will not only double down on supporting Israel, but listen to a pitch made by the Israeli Govt to go to war with Iran which stated the regime would collapse in days and had no ability to close the Strait of Hormuz.

And then go to war on that basis despite the US Intelligence community expressing scepticism and using words like ‘farcical’ to describe the Israeli assessment.

People can blame Biden, Harris or whoever, but the Americans had a clear choice in 2024 and they fucked it.

So basically you're saying the ones that didn't turn up to vote because of their stance on Bidens administration complicity in Genocide, Should of still voted for that party as Trump would of slaughtered more?

We could simplify the problem. Do you vote for candidate A who didn’t try and overturn a democratic election or candidate B who did try and overturn a democratic election in order to cling to power?

They voted for candidate B. The Americans had their chance and fucked it.

How about. A...Vote for the current administration who are Complicit in Genocide

Or B.. An horrible bastard who will simply carry on the Genocide and possibly much worse.

These very people were out protesting about the war and being stamped on. Full force of Bidens administration was coming down on all the Colleges/Universities to stop all the students protest.

It was all done to death 18 months ago but the American poster wanted to dip into it again.

Yeah. You just outlined the trolly problem. Choice A, people will die. Choice B, a lot more people will die. The Americans chose B and lot more people have died. 170 schoolgirls in Iran died because of that choice, because Harris would not have attacked Iran.

You can’t absolve people of the responsibility for their choice by complaining about the alternative.
