If I lived in the US I wouldn't want him as commander and chief but the opposition self destructed with a word salad candidate who is more interested in getting ghost writers write a book on her 107 days of potential greatness and flogging it with Oprah in tow and they need to leave identity politics in the gutter where it belongs and recalibrate to avoid many years in the wilderness like the Conservative Party in the UK and the Liberal Party in OZ who currently stand for nothing.

The countries buying the LNG are more of a surprise - presumably a factor on how much LNG is available in the world. Weirdly US exports to Europe fell by nearly 20% in 2024.

It may be that some is storage capacity, I think, but much is probably geographical transfer capacity - the pipelines from Russia exist, but bringing the amount needed across the world from the providers would be difficult due to shipping capacity.

Agreed. And the Democrats have an able and accomplished guy who should be their candidate and president. He's intelligent, articulate and a military veteran. His name is Pete Buttigieg and I can't think why he's not in the running.
