The assets we have down there would certainly hold on a while, I know I wouldn’t want to try to take it. Have a feeling the SAS would get active in Argentina to disrupt things should they try anything, however its highly unlikely but I’d put anything past this twat:

The man is quite obviously suffering from dementia, but so much grift is so wrapped up in his whole administration no one wants to say the obvious, the thing we are all seeing and feeling the consequences the much vaunted checks and balances we have been lectured on for 250 years amounted to nothing when they were actually tested

The US is going to need some serious democratic reform when this is all over, but even then it's going to be a long way back for them, trust is gone

I think it’s the beginning of the end of them leading the world, nato and the EU will hopefully be putting things in place, the Americans can no longer be trusted, it doesn’t matter even if in the next 50 years a sane person is in charge, their constitution will not change and the chance another Trump surfaces is always in the background. Hopefully the U.K. can somehow integrate back into the EU (yes I voted leave) but I think a new world order will emerge from this with the EU and China leading the way.

It's the White House Correspondents' Annual Dinner tomorrow night, with Trump reportedly attending for the first time as president. I can't for the life of me imagine anything will be said or done that makes Sunday headlines...
