I like the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, apart from the third one, which really drags.
Good call.Hudson Hawk.
.Whisper it, but Grease. More corn than a cornfield. But there's something weirdly enjoyable about it. And ONJ back in the day; wow.
Sideways is by not stretch of the imagination "naff".Bit confused by the definition of Sideways as “naff.” Got huge positive reviews in the States and was on a lot of critics’ Ten Best lists. Oddly I was actually at an Xmas party just tonight where we were talking about it with a guy in the wine business (I’m in Nor Cal after all) and we were wondering if it was responsible for killing merlot.
The Omen is another that I recall got a lot of positive reviews.
Here’s one detested by critics that I think is very funny — Tommy Boy.
The scene where the SA blasst their way through the wall to rescue Skellen's wife from a couple of the "People's Front" activists is hilarious.Who Dares Wins (1982 Lewis Collins)
Gets a lot of derision but the way it depicts revolutionaries is quite funny in hindsight.
