I think you could choose where to relocate for the Chelsea cup game and then they just allocated the same seat for Arsenal and Burnley. As it was £25 I chose the side level 2 so assumed it would be the same for all as £25 for the Arsenal game too. As price cap ended it jumped to £40!Add me to the list.

Im in SS3 they moved me to SS1 like they did for the Chelsea and Arsenal games I paid £25

I think you could choose where to relocate for the Chelsea cup game and then they just allocated the same seat for Arsenal and Burnley. As it was £25 I chose the side level 2 so assumed it would be the same for all as £25 for the Arsenal game too. As price cap ended it jumped to £40!

SS1 was £25. Sounds to me like you paid for CB2 or ES2, as they were the only tickets that were £40 for cup scheme.
If you voluntarily moved to Level 2 for the Arsenal game, they would have automatically moved you to the same section for Burnley and been entitled to charge you £40.
If they moved you to SS1 and charged you £40, it’s a mistake and they owe you £15.

Aw right. Probably gonna have to take the hit then and keep an eye on it next season if you’re regularly getting moved.
