Got prime video but when I try to watch anything on it on tv the picture is massive. Want to watch match on Wed but looks like I’ll have to watch on phone. Anything I can do.

Go into settings and then into aspect ratio, 16:9 should do the job

Have you tried hitting it with a hammer or setting fire to it?

Went in to settings,already set at 16:9, I set it to 4:3 and seems to be ok so far.
