WTF is all that about. I've just seen a youtube clip of some **** stood in the middle of a public road and refused to allow a car towing a caravan to drive along it. He told them "no gypsies" the bloke was actually on holiday and the stupid **** acceded to the guards demands and turned around. I'd have run the **** over.

Yep - just ask them if you are obliged to answer their questions. If its a fishing trip rather than questiooning about a specific offence you are not obliged - they will give you all the spiel about how they just "need" to establish who you are and what you are doing but truth is if they are just asking coz they feel like delving into your going about your lawful business you are under no obligation to respond.
Loadsn of stuff on You Tube about this about dealing with bailiffs and the TV license people - some are genuinely funny. What isn't funny is coppers who don't know the difference between an Act ( of Parliament ) and a Law.

Yeah - I liked the one when the bailiffs are trying to repossess a house - well looks like a country cottage - and there's a scouser who explains that a photocopy of an unsigned court order is not a legal document. The bailiffs - two typical shaven headed mockney "hard men" try everything including calling the cops. In the end the scouser proves to the cops that what the bailiffs are attempting to do is commit fraud and the cops tell the bailiffs to do one or they will be arrested.

There are loads of people on youtube who are deliberately antagonistic and aggressive in the hope it will provoke a response from whoever they are filming. Charles Veitch is another busy **** who makes a living being a nuisance. Although he isn't aggressive he is incredibly annoying.
