Private Tutoring (fees)

Might be a bit of a long shot but was wondering if anyone knows much about being or hiring a private tutor for A Level. Ive been asked if I could tutor an ex-GCSE student for Media Studies. As its my first time I've been researching fees but they're so varied its hard to get an idea. I'm a fully qualified teacher for 7 years and have always gotten good results and I'd say I'm highly regarded in my place of employment.
Ive thought about £25 per hour as its not a core subject but as Im based in London Ive been told I should charge £30 minimum. Anyway thought I'd put it out there. Ive messaged a few fellow teachers and still waiting on replies as most are on their jollies at mo. Anyway thanks in advance.

When I was tutoring primary level in Manchester 3 years ago I was charging £25.

£30 should be easy enough to charge in London at A level.

from our experience £30+ would say is going rate in South Manchester

Got neighbours who have been paying £35 I think for A Level Maths tuition this summer.
That’s NW England so yep, London I would say at least that tbh.
