The ranks don't quite run exactly along side each other but a Flight Sergeant is almost equal to a WO2, & WO in the RAF is WO1 in the Army.

congrats!! that was what i wanted to do but basically got told to fuck off after i failed the colour vision test! i was devastated!

It's been a pretty good ride tbh with you, seen lots & done lots. A fair amount of which I shouldn't have done really ;-)
