I used to teach apprentices for a very premium brand... they had a customer car in one day for a service and had to call the owner back to remove his hard core porn collection of DVDs from under the boot floor and his gun..... true story.. They got called to the same owners house also some time later to collect one of his cars after it popped up with an error message on the dash and he shot holes in it..
