I'd get the 3DS, am going to get a Vita, just not yet, bought a 3DS last year just before price cut so I could get the 20 free games.
Zelda 3D and Mario 3D are awesome, and got all the Professor Layton, Marios and Okami for the DS off eBay for it, the games seem to have a lot more thought put into them

The fact they have restricted the biggest card from our market is annoying and the fact you have to buy sonys specific memory cards. They should have added internal storage. But then again the shops would have nothing to sell if it wasn't for the memory cards because soon the digital market will take over and we will all just buy games online. They charge so much for a 3 gb game they charge the same for full 8-10 gb titles on the ps3 ffs.

I've got it but waiting for better games to come out for it.
