Good. This game will be seriously intense. He would have difficultly getting to the pace of the game. Coming on as a sub when it had calmed down makes it easier for him

Regulations state an hour. Don't think I've really seen anyone bar Barca announce theirs early on a regular basis.

To be fair City's twitter is usually woeful for team news announcements. However, they have improved on naming the subs directly after the starting XI this season instead of 20 minutes later.
