Top result, one thing I find strange about us though is that we never seem try play the ball in behind for Aguero, there were so many chances to put the ball in the channels yet we always just seem to cut inside and play safe. Wonder if it's coached out of them. We played a superb pressing game tonight, Fernandinho brilliant again.

Joe Hart was terrible, the worst City player on the pitch. The penalty was due to his reluctance to catch the ball and relieve the pressure on the defence. The equalising goal was down to the terrible, fundamental error of passing it to a defender who is facing his own goal. You should pass it to the side where the fullback can see what is going on ahead of him (watch Barcelona if you want to see how it should be done). The second goal was due to his weak parry. He could have caught the ball, it had no pace on it, or put it out for a corner or got it well to the side at a much more acute angle instead of into the path of a PSG attacker.
If you add in a number of other times he could have caught the ball to relieve pressure and his wayward kicking, the ball rarely going to where we have a chance of possession he was a liability.
Hart sometimes brings off incredible saves and he is amazing at one on ones. But he is not a footballer and the team suffers as a result.

Anyone kind of hoping Toure isn't fit for the second leg? Still think he can be a very influential player on his day but given Pellergrini's insistence on putting him alongside fernandinho I'd rather not bother.

Been driving me mad for ages how many unnecessary free-kicks we concede.
Giving the ball away on virtually every single throw in, in every single game drives me up the fucking wall. Keeping possession after we take a throw in is so rare we might as well let them take it.

Pellegrini seems to play Fernando out of choice in the CL so I wouldn't mind too much if he played a midfield of the two Ferns and Yaya, but anything else and I'd want Yaya on the bench or not there at all. Him being injured is definitely a blessing in disguise sometimes.Anyone kind of hoping Toure isn't fit for the second leg? Best first touch I've ever seen from a City player as well, gets the ball hammered at him under pressure or launched high and stops it dead and shields it 99/100 times.I've noticed Navas hardly looses the ball when he's running with it, which is important for taking pressure off us when a team is doing the high press, a lot of our other players panic and give up the ball. Navas did it a number of times made 2-3 players chase him towards our goal when necessary and found an out ball, PSG stopped pressing as much for a spell after that and we started to find space of our own.

Shame about Fernando's cock up. Hart told him what to do with it as he kicked the ball.
Great penalty save from Hart though Luiz should have been sent off for hooking the defender's leg.
KDB was fantastic - boy have we missed him.
PSG threw the kitchen sink at us at the start of tge 2nd half, but ran out of steam. We really should have exploited it but bringing Pony on had the expected result. What Ian Acho thinks is beyond me...
