Started a topic on kickback a Hearts forum. The 2 places that they think will show English games are the Murryfield Bar and Robbos in Gorgie Road.I would choose the Murryfield Bar myself but beware as there is the Edinburgh derby game on earlier you might not get piece to watch the match if Hearts win earlier.
I'm coming down for the game on Saturday so is there any place near Piccadilly Station that will show the Hearts match before our game.

Given it's not on Sky and it's on the foreign channel you are going to struggle because every pub we went to last year put the rugby on to cater for those of us who preferred to watch the other games in the pub and just head to Murrayfield to watch our own teams!:)
I assume from your location that you want to be there for 5pm for Salford v Warrington, so it needs to be local to the ground.
If you don't mind missing a few minutes, the best place to try would be round The Grassmarket area or maybe Rose Street.
Given how things have panned out, I'm glad I decided to give Edinburgh a miss this year.:)DD said:Cheers for the info mate...yeah i'm a bit pissed off missing city, but its my Uncle's 40th do as well as the rugby, so couldn't really say no.
I wasn't aware its Hearts v Hibbs the same day, i just cant believe they have planned the rugby to be on the same weekend..typical RFL naivity!

Not RFL fault, the SPL have a split for the last 5 games,so the RFL would not know when this game is getting played. Not to worry though the derby game is on the other side of the city.It seems most pubs in the Gorgie area next to Tynecastle Park,10 mins walk from Murryfield show EPL from foreign channels.Getting peace to watch in some classy joints though is another thing.lol.
