Pubs In Sheffield - Showing Tomorrows Game

Cheers for the replies all - as long as they’ll show both the footy and the rugby league (and serve Guinness), then it’ll do me grand.
Broomhill does look a bit out of town, though I know that Ecclesall Road area used to be a great place to have a drink back in the day.

Theres a newish place called Wildcard thats decent. Top of ecclesall road

Blades and Wednesday both away, probably due to the egg chucking
Yeah, well the match amazingly, is being held at the Emirates in London, so not so sure about that - I’m curious what crowd turns up for northern egg chucking in the capital- hopefully it’s a big one.

Dragged this thread up as I’m over there next Saturday & I wouldn’t mind finding somewhere decent to watch our lunchtime game at 12.30 and then the England rugby league semi final at 2.30.

Looking at these posts from a mere 12 years ago, seems like The Graduate, The Old Monk or the uni SU bar are best bets - that still the case do you know @liamctid @Dr.Faustus ?

Edit. The Graduate looks the better bet, as I see the Old Monk is no longer.

My apologies @chesterbells- I saw this thread too late to reply on time.

Unfortunately I haven't been back to Sheffield for over a decade; save for passing through- for the match, my very out of date advice would also have been to try the various bars down West St.
