From, arguably the most successful indie release, gothic punk album of all time ,Song and Legend ,which remained high in the indie top 20 album chart for over a year, spending a considerable number of weeks at No.1..
What a track, never heard this before
As one of the entries in the comments section said..if this track was performed by whoever now it would blow the roof off any venue .
Astonishing raw sound; brilliant .
@BMR...I was possibly wrong about 'Movement' being just as good as anything JD produced
Altho technically this is Warsaw I think.....;)
Sheffield bamd Cabaret Voltaire ,at their finest, from 1979...
RIP Richard Kirk.
Mate...I know you love Siouxsie.Siouxsie and Marc.
I love Siouxsie and for a period from 1980 onwards thought she was beautiful.
Yet the pictures from 76 to 79 that show up, she is always the ugly duckling…..

When the Wild Things EP came out, I desperately wanted a copy of the Double Gatefold limited edition and my mum worked near HMV. I had to beg her the night before to nip out during her lunch break and buy it.Mate...I know you love Siouxsie.
And there is only a very very smal % of Bluemooners who properly understand your Username.
I do.
When I first saw the Creatures on Totp I was Astounded.
It was so exciting.A work of Art... Gothic Punk art ,but it was more than that
It was cultural, Real, exotic,Sexy,Dangerous, invititing.aggressive,flamboyant... ....my mum didn't like it,I know
I was totally stunned.Still to this day I cannot describe how amazing that performance was.......
I couldn't believe that Siouxsie would just break away and do her own thing ....but I was young, and in later years I realised Talented people do it all the time.
Change.
