Me I think footballers and especially managers do not give cameras a thought as they always around. We would notice them as they not in our face everyday.

There was a BM youth player who's father I believe was either really ill or past away and he said that Pep called him and cried on the phone with him

Højbjerg, plays for Southampton now. Lost his father to stomach cancer at age 18. Pep invited him into his office and basically told him to be strong for his family and then they both cried.
