Was he jailed for messing with Kids ?

No mate, he never messed with any kids as such but he would randomly stop you and feel your biceps, he did it all the while through the 80s but was banned from Sintellins town centre about 2 year ago and in the main banned from approaching youths, inparticular their Biceps haha.
