I predict a very tough game, especially tough in the first 20 minutes where QPR will be fired up and out to prove a point.
I'll find it hard to watch Shauny. If he plays crap I'll feel bad for him because I love him as a City legend. If he plays a blinder he'll punish us. :x

Bad feeling this will be our first defeat in the league due to last night's game, travelling, barton, swp, warnock etc the sort of game we struggled to handle (at times) last season.
They beat Chelsea but I understand Chelsea missed a bucket load of chances with just 9 men.
Hope i'm wrong about my prediction.

All matches to some extent are potentially difficult.
However, such is the cohesion now apparent that whatever 11 start, I'm now confident enough to expect us to unlock even the most determined, park the bus defences.
I've seen QPR a few times now to know that they are a hard working side and that NW gets them 'fired up'.
Nevertheless, they are relatively poor at holding possession and generally a little too obvious in their possessional play going forward.
This is one of those matches I suggest where Mancini, Platt and Kidd will want there to be a determined effort to put this one out of reach by HT with a couple of early goals thus requiring them to play a more attacking game allowing us to exploit the pace of Balotelli and Aguero and the guile of Silva and Johnson on the break.
