QPR sack Warnock?

I hope it isn't Hughes. City vs. QPR last game of the season, QPR would take "game raising" to a whole new level if we needed a win to win the league.
On the contrary, we'll have it won by then, so rubbing his nose in it with the trophy would be very sweet, its something he'll never hold as a manager.

I wonder if given this united will pull macheda back from his loan like they did with the lads at Preston ?

Something doesn't seem right here?? I just can't understand why Warnock is being sacked half way through the season when there's only 7 points seperating them from Everton??? I know QPR lie just 1 point ahead of the bottom 3 but there's only 8 points from the bottom to mid table and you don't see Everton or Wolves or even Bolton for that matter sacking their managers......

Something just seems amiss and I'll be keeping an eye on what develops at QPR regarding a new manager...

He was seeming to laxidazical, if i was the owner i would have been wanting more ambition shown maybe ?.
They were starting to play worse and worse though, i can see why he got the boot tbh.

I suppose the other point is that if the manager's going to have a wedge of the Chairman's dough to spend in Jan then it would have to be someone he had faith in.

Yeah they have had a string of bad results but all fairness to them they've had a fair few tough games past few weeks... United and along with Sunderland, Swansea, Arsenal and Liverpool away.

I was surprised to see this, I thought he was actually one of the more 'safe' managers in the league. I personally don't see it being hughes, the media always love to suggest him as the top target for any vacancy and I think unless they have quite a lot of cash I don't see him bothering.

Wonder how the new manager will get on with Joey Barton.

QPR owner has Kia as a helper now and he will help him this window to sign players, hence why Hughes is expected to come in

I would be surprised if it was Hughes, given what value he places on 'respect' being shown to managers such as er.... himself and presumably Neil Warnock.

Heaven forbid that a conversation has already taken place.

Really like Warnock. One of the few managers that doesn't bow down to baconface. He will be back in management soon a class act.

He was kissing Ferguson's arse before QPR - on the back of excellent home performances against Chelsea and City - lost 5-0 to United at home. I forget the exact words but it basically added up to "We'll never get a result against United and shouldn't be expected to."

To me he is another Fergie sycophant and the less of them we have, the better!

Willing Leeds to come back up, now there is a team that won't roll over for the rags without a fight whoever is in charge (fans wouldn't accept it).

Hes just saying that to take pressure off of himself and players. One of the few managers with the bottle to criticise baconface.

I can only imagine that the QPR owner has looked enviously at the "O'Neill" affect at Sunderland and is hoping for the same from a new manager

Feel a bit sorry for Warnock, I quite like him and think he is a really decent manager for a club like QPR. I wouldn't go for Hughes if I was them not least because they will be inviting Joorabchian to get involved in their club and I think that will be terrible for them. I'd go for Curbishley if I was them, he'd have a fair chance of keeping them up and even if they did go down, he'd give them a good chance of coming back up imo.

Shame, we had half a chance of offloading Bridge to Warnock. Hughes may still come in and buy him though along with Onouha.
