This will end in tears. QPR are looking for ways to get rid of him and to me this is just another thing to use against him as I have no doubt there are enough fools in the lower league who want to make a name for themselves by putting him in his place

the reason hes gone there is his ban will be up sooner,he got a 12 game ban,and playing for fleetwood the ban will be over about a month earlier

Wouldn't that be trying to circumvent the ban? I would have thought the ban applied 12 matches with QPR..or with any club in the Premier League..

It's a 12-match ban, no matter what the level of football he is playing.

A 12 match ban will be for 12 1st team matches whoever he is playing for. If he goes on loan to fleetwood and they have 12 games by the middle of september then his ban will have been served. Thats just the way it is.
Quite a few years ago you would serve your suspension in a number of days so you could get a 7 day ban and miss two games or only 1 if you were lucky. This is why they brought in the current system. however, if Joey, abuses the system they may look at it again.
