Our best youth player in the past 20 years imo (Not including Richards as he still has some years ahead of him) I'd say Shauny just nicks ahead of Garry Flitcroft for me...

Edit... Paul Lake not included as his carrer was hindered with injuries obviously he would be a no brainer for number 1...
