Lambert sacked tonight? Newcastle up 2-0 at Villa Park.
Unfortunately working at villa tonight. Villa playing 5 at back and awful, they look clueless. Trying to keep up with city on blue moon. Give me some positive comments please
the pitch looks nice

Lots of scrappy five pass possession by us, then we sloppily give it away, we get it back immediately through hard work then it starts again. Now and again we find a way through the packed defence but apart from Zaba hitting the bar and Barry almost scoring a screamer we've been pretty tame in the box.

We're seeing the 'arry masterplan for avoiding relegation, he's used it everywhere. Defend in two rows of five and rely on quick breaks against defenders that have lost concentration.

It's very effective.

The most predictable match imaginable so far. QPR working their arses off, City grinding out chances and wasting them (besides the one wonder save from Cesar). Still think we can win but we make hard work of it all the time. Dzeko in second half?
