Quadrophenia

Here's a great bit of Quadrophenia trivia.
Bill Curbishley was the producer ( or director) of Quadrophenia.

Bill's younger brother Alan, former footballer and Charlton manager is the lad who puts the window through in the cafe on Brighton front.

Oh and here's an image of me as an 18 year old mod.

Alan Curbishley made a bit of extra cash selling programmes at The Who's gigs at The Valley.

They must clean it up from graffitti every so often as I was there around three years ago and the walls were daubed with messages.

We'd gone to Brighton to see The Specials, so a trip to Quadrophenia Alley was a must.

The album is amazing, the film will always be in my top five films and most watched films forever.
A cult classic, definitely iconic to many

However, I'm determined NOT to start watching it tonight as I know I'll watch it to the end - and it finishes late when I have to be up at six for work in the morning!!
So what was it called before it was named Quadrophenia Alley!

He was the Who's manager as well. Great film and album, saw them play Quadrophenia at the Prince's Trust at Hyde Park and the Manchester arena and the musical at the Palace or Opera House (can't remember which).
