13 May 2012 was the absolute pinnacle of my football supporting life. I believed that football would never be as good as that moment ever again. It was the culmination of years and years of watching absolute shite, being virtually bullied at school for being one of the only City fans, having 'What's the time? 5 past Tracy' screamed at me by giddy glory hunting rag twats, then they won the treble despite being utterly outplayed by Bayern in the final, I was at Wembley to see that amazing Dickov goal soon after but still, those years were hell and that Aguero goal seemed to atone for all that.
Will supporting City ever get that good again? I doubted it, but now I believe that if we win the Quadruple, beating their flukey treble of 99, I will have that feeling back. That would beat the Aguero moment for me. The chant 'the best team in the land and all the world' which we used to chant ironically at Maine Road years ago in between 'we're shit and we're sick of it', would finally come true.
So the big question is, can we do it? Can we?
