Pretty excited to have a club like yourselves to come to our ground. Massively enjoyed the FA cup 2-2 draw we had a few years ago. No denying that your an absolute class above but i'm sure we'll give it a good go. Bit of a soft spot for City, good team!

Augerooooooooooooo is probably one of the best non-Leicester City all time favourite sporting moments for me! Me and a friend celebrated that goal as much as I have Leicester goals (HATE Manure).

All the best for the league, hope you win it, and hopefully we have a good game when you travel to Leicester!

Cheers

Hmmm.

Was our cup final remember ;)

Apologies, I'm sure this will have been covered elsewhere but does anyone know why the Sunderland - Southampton game isn't being played till next week? Not relevant to this thread or city in general but I was just curious!

its beacuae Sunderland were drawn at home as well as Newcastle so they can't play on the same night.

Not sure why they couldnt have played on Tuesday though like the Rags and Chelsea

Newcastle/Sunderland derby was on Sunday so one team would have played 2 games in three days. Chelsea did this and City would have had to do the same (Sun/Tue) but Chelsea and City are in Europe next week, Sunderland & Southampton aren't. so they probably rescheduled it on the back of this.

Wonder how many tickets we'll get given for the night.
Capacity is 32,500 so we should get around 5,000 tickets.

Win that then a semi at Wembley. Get in.
Giddiness leading to confusion I see.
I'm surprised it caught three ;).Let's hope its third time lucky for us this year.

Only messing mate. Rags like to use the word 'massive' as a dig and the use of the word is sometimes a clue that the poster is not who they're claiming to be.

That 2-2 was a cracking game and hopefully we'll see the same again when we meet. Always quite liked Leicester even if your manager has the hair of a 11 year old bully.

Just been on a Leicester forum, we don't seem to be very well respected on there. Wonder if that's the same with most clubs?

They don't seem to view us as a 'glamour' tie, and wish they had drawn one of the big clubs.

Not this one:

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/topic/90924-league-cup-quarter-final-man-city-at-home/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/topic ... y-at-home/</a>

They're excited, scared, full of respect, everything. One or two amongst hundreds wishing they'd got an away tie at Old TRafford but that's a million miles from not considering this a glamour tie.

To be honest every club as fickle/deluded fans but we seem to have more than most!

Some of our fans will genuinely think we have a chance of getting to the final, clearly City will stop that from happening, whereas a game at home against Stoke say, could see us progress at least to the next round.

'Proper' fans of ours, will completely respect you lot, and look forward to the game. I will anyways.

Some "deluded" Wigan fans thought they could beat us at Wembley.
We should win if we play to the best of our ability. We won't win if we make errors and you punish them.
