If you were single and on the lookout for a new partner, male or female, and met someone who "ticked all the boxes, and you were really attracted to, but they were a long term heavy smoker, and refused to stop, despite you politely requesting them to, would it be a deal breaker?

Mind you, I think if we had a genuine connection with each other and I admired their integrity which is on my "tickboxes" then don't think I'd mind if they were a heroin addict as long as they were controlling their lifestyle.

Not for us to judge others intake or use it as a moral barometer.

I've had one night stands with smokers. Pretty brutal pretending you're enjoying kissing them. So yeh, probably a deal breaker.

Never tried it my entire life. I don't like because of the smell and in turn it seems a ridiculous reason to not to be with someone.

If they insisted in smoking directly into my or kids' lungs then there would be problem.
