Whitby, Ontario Canada Blue here. (east part of Suburban Toronto area)

Chose City after hearing about them and their history and relating to the club and fans who I find similar to the hockey club I support.

Can't wait to be at Toronto's Heart of the City bar for a Cup Final!

It helps that I'm surrounded by 'tards who support the red dippers and scum.

Nigel is my King.

Born on the west coast USA with no ties to Manchester.

Decided to give this whole soccer thing a try early last year. ;) It's not a big sport here but World Cup was coming up and I decided this would be the year. Bought FIFA 10 to learn the rules.

Once I did, it came time to decide on a club. I cannot support a club I can't see on American TV or at least on streams.

The United fans I spoke with online had terrible attitudes. Arsenal fans seemed really depressed and angry with Wenger. It was down to Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City. Chelsea looked great, great colors, great manager, but they were already on top and I'm not a bandwagoner type. Liverpool was also a great club but their owners seemed to make their fans' lives a daily hell.

One club remained. ;) Great colors, got on TV enough, great manager, great owner, and they haven't won anything in 34 years. I love lovable losers, almost all my sports teams in the USA are that way. Haven't regretted it since, even when we lost to Tottenham last year.

Been here 6 years swapped the Manchester Ship Canal for the Florida beaches .....miss going to a game, being able to see a doctor without paying through your arse, decent beer, a decent curry, cricket and Hollands steak puddings ....

sounds like you swapped one reservation for another
