Question...

You have NEVER been guaranteed your seat for a cup game, there has been a period of time to give you the opportunity to do so but that is all.
Now they want to encourage you to join a cup scheme.
I get it that not everyone can afford all of the home cup comps but then you join those that you want to join - that you might be able to go to.

PB - I sympathise mate but it was on there for weeks and weeks when they started the season ticket sales...Where do you sit just out of interest. I have just logged into my account and still plenty of seats next to or around where I sit...

EL2 Block 209. It's the principle thats pissing me off more than anything. Season tickets always had a day or so to buy their own seat for cup games you know that. Just because I didn't sign up, they've given my seat to some other poor bugger that's also had to move I now won't be sitting with my regular mates for ANY CL games. It's a shitter and I'm not even sure I'll be buying one at all I'm that pissed off

The principle of what mate? The club are just giving priority to people who joined the scheme. Your season ticket is just for league games. What is it that is pissing you off. There are plenty of times I have had to relocate as I am a south upper sc holder but I dont threaten to not go,I just move.

i understand, my gripe is why because someone who is in a scheme get's my seat, the seat i've been sat in for years every single game?

their no different than me, they just got 200 points.

if you have to re-locate people i don't mind, but relocate them to seats which aren't season ticket holders, why does it have to be a seasonticket holders seat.

that's my problem.

at the end of the day it's my seat, it's a good job when i rang up our seats haden't gone.

simple little things like this the club still can't sort out, who's idea was this?

pathetic.

Sorry to shout mate but read this....

IT IS YOUR SEAT FOR THE LEAGUE GAMES ONLY!!!!!

It is fuck all to do with loyalty points. It's to do with trying to guarentee your seat for cup games at home which is why they have introduced a cup scheme! Obviously depending where you sit you may still have to relocate but you still get first dibs on all avialable seats which members have not joined cup schemes. Fuck me mate-It aint rocket science

it's nothing to do with guranteeing your seat at all, it wasn't last year and it isn't this year.

it's about the fact it saves you pissing about ringing up and they debit the money from your account. and you get 200 points for nothing.

if your in the cup scheme it doesn't guarantee that people will still actually go.

in that case at the next away game i'll sit in your seat then and won't move, would you be happy with that?

PB/Freestyler - I am afraid you are blaming the club for your own financial situation.

Could I afford Superbia? - no...Did I blame the club? Did I fuck. It's because i do not earn enough. That is my issue, not the clubs. Fuck sake..What's all this second class supporter bollocks. The next blue is as good a blue as any for me. I don't give a fuck if you are Superbia, gold, platinum, pink, yellow or what ever but to say you are a second class citizen is really pathetic. That is a "take your ball home attitude" because I am not winning.

What don't you get about the fact a season ticket is for 19 premier league home games.?

And if I was in that dire straights financially why not just get an interest free credit card which gives you 56 days grace to pay and then the funds do not come out of your bank account!

Yes I know the s/c has never guaranteed your seat for cup games, but we always had a chance to buy it before it went on open sale. But that's my point, it was never made clear at the point of sale for this cup scheme that for CL games my seat would be allocated to somebody else before I had the chance to buy it myself.
Those people in the south stand know they may have to move beforehand and still choose to sit there, that's their choice. I'm EL2, have never had to move before now, I'm not even in the UEFA seats, but the club have given my seat away.

it seems this is a situation for the club of damned if you do,and damned if you dont. I'm not on the cup scheme due to work commiments, but I have got tickets for the CL game (yes my own and my sons were free so we have our usual seats) as far as the club are concerned, when they sell the tickets they are looking at the seating plan of an empty stadium, with no seats allocated, they have to do this to be fair to those that have to relocate(cant just say sod them and stick them in the third tier so they dont take another season-ticket holders seat) the club are trying to be fair by introducing the cup schemes so that people have a better chance of getting the seat they want. maybe people might not get their usual seats, but generally season ticket holders will still be able to buy tickets together and sit with their mates, and at an extremely competitive price!

You clearly aren't getting it. What the fuck have away games got to do with this. If you sat in my seat and I'd paid for it I'd throw you out-end of. If I was in the cup scheme as I am and relocated to your seat because you weren't what don't you like? You only own the seat (well not literally) you have only reserved the seat for 19 home league games. Fuck all else! Fact...Tell you what if you dont like it,just stay at home and watcxh it on tv like half the crowd did last year in europa/fa ETC and then moan when you struggle for final tickets. I have made my point. If you dont like it then I aint the person to have a go at,I am just stating the facts

I'm not blaming the club for my financial situation, but I am saying they are treating me like shit because I didn't grant them the access to take money from my account. There's a difference, and it's all getting very raggish for me.
I'd always seen the cup scheme as a hassle saving idea in that you just knew your tickets were sorted, I never thought I'd see City moving season ticket holders from their seats because they haven't handed in their bank details.
