It says really clearly in the email from City. They won't be checking covid stuff tomorrow but going forwards they might ask for the NHS covid pass.Do you need to show a text/email for confirmation of a negative Covid test too?
Then, open the app with the ticket scan code?
I know for most people this will be straightforward and done quickly but, we also know there'll be a lot of people are going to struggle to do this problem free.
No doubt, there will be a good few that turn up without even downloading their mobile ticket, and plan to just show the steward their email when they get to the turnstile. I hope City put on plenty of staff to walk around offering technical assistance. The queues were bad enough before.
Possibly not the right place to post this (mods please feel free to move it)…does anyone know if we are allowed to bring laptops into the ground? I’ll be going to the match straight from work and don’t think I’ll be able to drop my laptop off beforehand.
Tried to call supporter services and was on hold for over an hour.
Thanks pal. Could definitely make a case for laptops not being on the restricted list but it’s not worth the riskList of prohibited items below:
The following articles must not be brought to the Etihad Stadium: weapons, air horns, narcotics, fireworks/flares, bottles/cans/glasses, cameras, long umbrellas, food/drink, selfie sticks, tablet PCs and pushchairs/prams.
If tablet pCs are banned presumably applies to laptops.
There is always the baggage drops but no idea how secure they are..

Great. Maybe I didn't open that specific email, or, maybe it's only really clear once you've read it but that is good to know, cheers mate.It says really clearly in the email from City. They won't be checking covid stuff tomorrow but going forwards they might ask for the NHS covid pass.
