The service at the kiosks was a fucking shambles and beer was a disgrace. Every single year it gets worse.
Stopped selling John Smiths in cans too. I always had that as can’t stand the pump stuff, especially Amstel which is rank. The service at the kiosks was a fucking shambles and beer was a disgrace. Every single year it gets worse.
Ffs, Manchester Road works, City's fault! If they knew 50k were descending on it for the first time in 18 months and routes around it were now closed then yes. It’s called customer service something our club seems to have forgotten all about
Half price beverages were a nice start to put my 24hrs of waiting in phone que behind me. Great day out CTIDI had a walk round most of the ground before the game and everything seemed calm and under control, contrary to my worst fears.
Got to K and was in very quickly (but I had a paper ticket as I knew that worked!) Heard various tales from people around me. Some got in with no issue using NFC, some didn't and needed the barcode and one person near me has 6 season tickets so the steward just let all of them in.
We will be asking the club for feedback of course but it certainly doesn't seem to have been the large scale disaster it could have been, so that's a huge relief.
All the complaints I've had were about the food and beverage service. The catering company appears to have completely underestimated the demand and been woefully underprepared, in terms of both stock and manpower.
Im away on hol so transfered my ticket to my dad who is earths biggest technophobe. He had his ticket, my brothers and my ticket on his phone and all got in no probs at all.I had a walk round most of the ground before the game and everything seemed calm and under control, contrary to my worst fears.

You should have been atGate P at almost quarter past one when we were in the pouring rain waiting to get undercover. It wasn’t totally calm there! If you read my earlier post you might get some idea!I had a walk round most of the ground before the game and everything seemed calm and under control, contrary to my worst fears.
