Did you know?

Way back when - the birth of quiche.

It dates back all the way to medieval times, when it became a local cuisine in the kingdom of Lothringen. It's believed that the word “quiche” comes from the German word “kuchen”, which means cake-although it doesn't really resemble what we know as cake nowadays!

Go and impress your family and friends with that knowledge of Quiche.

Unless of course its cheese, then its cheese pie without a lid. At a pinch..... need I go on ?
Please do

If it has a second yellow discount sticker on it in Morrisons, and it's wintertime, grab it for a filling bargain.
Oven cooked with mashed potatoes and baked beans will leave you replete.
If eating with a salad in summertime, it's a good idea to cook it and allow to cool. It definitely tastes better cold as long as it has been in the oven first.
