... I've been out tonight, and come home with a nice sweet & sour which I can't eat...

If I left in in the oven or microwave overnight, would that be air tight enough for the chinese to still be okay for my breakfast tomorrow?

Thanks in advance.

Should be okay ..... or stick some tin foil (or cling film)over it!

Don't shove it in the microwave with the foil on though or you'll blow the f*ckin' street up!

If it's plated up the rice will dry out if you don't cling film it. Solution is to bung it in a frying pan and cook the living daylights out of it in the morning. That's what I do. crunchy rice isn't to everyones taste though!!

wait to its cold, stick it in the fridge, odds are your not gonna like the look of it in the morning, but be a man and eat it up,you'll not regret it,p.s make sure your no more than 10 yards from a toilet till tea time, enjoy

I ran out of tin-foil while baking sweet potatoes... I'm gonna leave it in the oven, and chance it for breakfast.

GD I'm a zealot, I got noodles instead of rice... but I guess the same rules apply!.

If you don't hear from me for a few days, you know whats wrong.

nuking it in the microwave is the safest way in the morning. do not under ANy circumstances leave the cling film on unless it's specifically for microwaves as ordinary film can release carcinogens when nuked

FFS I always do my veg in the microwave with clingfilm..... I just cover the veg in clingfilm, poke some holes in it and blast it for 2 mins...great!
