Quick question about tickets. Please help

yeah my brother did this for the reading match. He tried to buy 4 tickets, one on his card and the other 3 on ours which he has linked to his account. But on the first attempt it declined his card (visa) and so when he tried again the site had set the ticket purchase info back to default and all 4 tickets went onto his own card.
The site isn't very user friendly though and we didn't know if we'd had the game credited to each of our cards or not. He tried calling the ticket office but to no avail, he got cut off about 4 different times.

So i guess many people have had this problem. The whole system needs a rethink to be honest, to make it more user friendly.

I've just got a quick question. Currently have an Accesscard for myself and want to buy a ticket for myself and ticket for my girlfriend, who doesn't have any card whatsoever. If I buy two tickets on the website with my supporter number, what will happen? Will one ticket be added on to the card and one sent in the post, both tickets added on to the card or what?
