Quitting Smoking

ive been smoking 3 and a half years now, started when i was mid 15 - and worse decision ever made, but i always say am gona quit but i find it so hard especially seen as my close friends all smoke and my family do aswell - so im constantly surronded, the only way il ever quit is if i bugger off to the middle of nowhere like 40 miles form anybody else but that aint gona happen

i've been smoking on and off for about a year now, i'm at about a pack of 20 every 2 weeks i should just give up entirely...sometimes i feel like i really need to smoke one and it feels good but the majority of the time when i light up the taste just makes me sick and i put it out about half way through, guess it's my body telling me not to smoke anymore.

Quit it, mate-whilst you still can. Been smoking since I was 12 am now 40. Hate it!

*he says sparking one up*

yeah my plan for the new year is to finish up the pack i have now (about 10 left which should last me until the end of december) then quit it altogether

I stopped for months then went out after the Everton game and woke up with 2 unopened packs of 10 with no idea when or where i got them from. I left them on the side but watching that load of bollocks on Thursday i cracked and smoked the lot, not had one since though.

If you can get through 3 days not smoking you've got over the physical addiction
the rest of it is psychological

strengthen your mind and kill the addiction
