Would one of you buffoons mind telling me who or what Clarkie is?

Ohhhh you have to go too far back and it's too long an explanation, look in the Classic threads I'm sure you'll find it in there.
I think that's a double reverse Clarkie

Arh thank you Eccles Blue! I was thinking it was some term everyone knew but me.

I can't recall the origin of the term, but a Clarkie is a wind-up. Ideally it's non-malicious, not obviously ironic, and smart enough to fool most of the people most of the time. The OP is not a Clarkie, as the poster simply missed the point of the number of Kun's back. Unless of course he didn't miss the point, which would make it an excellent Clarkie!

It is. Basically, if somebody calls somebody else a clarkie, they are insinuating that they are a dumb ****.

Wasn't it someone joked about the Rangers v Celtic match getting postponed as a mark of respect for Darren Fletcher's illness and Clarkie believed it and went off on one.
