Racist podcast rant - Arsenal fan & 'Comedian' Alan Davies not happy with us

Some of the replies quite rightly called him out as a racist and a total prick at 55 years old and show him up for double standards.

Add to it the pathetic current antics of their team and management, play acting, diving etc, their fans who cannot accept they are no longer relevant etc etc

Few points on this, never heard of this clown and cannot understand why he has his own thread. Secondly what is it with legacy clubs like the dippers and tarquins that makes them think they are special?? really bizarre. And finally this lad is apparently a comedian well if the rest of his stuff is as good as his “arsenal is a football institution” material he must be really funny, cause that is pure comedy gold.

I mentioned this in the “Reasons They Hate Us” thread… it’s because they’ve fallen for a fake reality marketed by their clubs and perpetuated by their fans and the media, that they’ve always been big clubs, always been top clubs and they‘ve never spent money and it all just came naturally.
They all believe this shit, and they all believe they’re special!
For a lot of fans of these clubs, this fake reality is the sole reason why they support them.
The reason why people reference us as oil money is because they can get away with it. It is a term which has been banded about by the media because they know they can without any reproductions on them. It is the ill educated who then keep recycling the term, which clearly has undercurrences of racism.
However, this rant from this person Alan Davies I believe? On this podcast.. well he has over stepped the mark and racial slurs against our owners.. action needs to be taken against him. You’ve all heard it.. this is what he has said.
“Get out of our league, you are not wanted here, you are not wanted. Sell up and leave. You’ve had you’re fun go away. No one wants the oil bastard money, no one wants to see this… “
Can you imagine that being said to Khaldoon Al Mubarak and his family or anybody else for that matter that we have welcomed into the City family since the takeover or way way before that?
You could argue this runs deeper… but I’m going to leave it there.
A letter will be drafted to the club tomorrow.

Why didn’t any of these bellends moan and create slightly offensive videos when the rags bought most teams’ best players for about £30m in the days when a £5-10m transfer was a lot?
Sometimes when the phrase "oil money" is used it's done through ignorance and other times it's done through racism.
Alan Davies is a reasonably educated guy and he knows exactly what he's saying.
If a club was bought by a Norwegian company nobody would use the term even though the strength of Norway's economy is based on oil.
When Davies uses the phrase he is not making a reference to the natural resource,he's referring to the origin of that resource,and that's what makes him a cretinous racist ****.
