Brilliant.
What a momentous day that was.

I remember on the radio on the way back they interviewed Joe Royle, he said it was like God looked down at all the miserable City fans and thought, "they've had enough suffering", and with a wave of His hand put it right.

To me it kind of summed it up, and I still think of those words and think, "wow, He really DID fucking change things"! lol

I remember that. And that's exactly how it felt. It was the first time things went our way in years.

The next day, all my blue mates werebin our local all day and we watched the last few mins and penners on a loop. The rags who had won the treble the week before didnt have as much joy asbus.

Possibly/afguably the biggest game in our history

Oh god, I used to fill up with tears whenever weaver beckoned on my video.

You had to have witnessed the previous five years to understand what that day meant.

Just listened to it ...Fantastic insight to what happened , I think still got got a few bruises on my legs from bouncing around on them seats ...really enjoyed listening to that.

Wow I really enjoyed that. Brought back a lot of memories and a great selection of music from the time as well. Loved the story about Ian Bishop coming back on the train afterwards and I for one didn't know Shaun Goater was selected as the next penalty taker. Thanks for that.
