Radio Five Live

Am not a man city fan but i really think that people are hypocrites. Every single top european club out there have started to grow big exactly the same way city is doing right now.

A rich guy or company takeover the club, they start signing star players or very highly rated players. The club gets great results and starts to win trophies. It's just a fact of life, not a single top european club is owned by some poor company or investors. So all this talk about money destroying the game bullshit means nothing.

You are an Inter fan aren't you?

Whats the word in Milano on the deal?

Listening in and cant help but believe there is spreading envy. People have cried out for a team to challenge the big 4, well now we have one who has the financial muscle to match and surpass them which will engineer a challenge and people are contesting it! Too many people are looking out for the top 4, the money investeed in MCFC will soon be distributed to the whole of football in transfer fees and through the 50% tax paid on wages...so if Kaka came for £500,000 a week, don't forget that £250,000 of that will go towards the British economy. Any other foreign investment of this size into a british company would be widely welcomed, why is this any different. comeon city, there arent fans that deserve it anymore after their recent turbulant history.

yeah am an Inter fan, i think the deal will take place but probaly in the summer not this month. I'm almost certain that milan will except you're offer but its all down to kaka himself. I think he'll come to manchester if you're people convinced him that they'll sign other top players besides him.

By the way, milan fans can't stand the idea that kaka is leaving them. I'd be happier (if this deal took place) than man city fans ;)

Are you not worried about Milan having £100m to re-build their team

Any chance of Ibrahimovic if we give you Vassell and Benjani ;-)

you can have ben haim and ball aswell.........deal? (bet he is thinkin who!?)

Milan will waste that money on some oldies (ex. ronaldo, rivaldo and many others). Am not worried about that plus you can't simply replace a player like kaka in 2-3 years. It will take them atleast 5-6 years even longer to find a player like him. Milan is too dependant on Kaka, this milan team is Kaka. Clubs like man united or barcelona can lose cristiano or messi and still do good domestically but Milan can't. Thats why i really wish that this deal will go through.

As for Ibra, i really doubt that moratti would sell him for any price. Once moratti likes a player he would never sell him no matter what ( Recoba used to play like 30-40 minutes a game and he used to be payed more than any player in the league back in the 90's just because moratti liked him) .....I don't see a chance that Ibra would be sold anytime soon....
