A good example of the road to hell being paved with good intentions. The law was broken because the fine line between positive discrimination and positive action was crossed - hence the resignation of the head of recruitment. All subject to a pending enquiry of course, and I expect the results of which will come out after Sir Mike hands over to a new CAS in the summer.Thing with it is SKY have built a story on a leaked memo and the version of one single airman about available recruits. Not being funny but New Look to Ocado are struggling to recruit - we have a smaller workforce - as a retiree can I be persuaded to join the RAF as maybe an armourer or in air traffic control?
